Blazers serves up Southern-style BBQ, sandwiches, and salads in a lively beer garden setting.
The new Novato restaurant is the BBQ brainchild of Erick Hendricks (Hilltop 1892) and his wife, Keri. Everything at Blazers is house-made and crafted by their own recipes thanks to Chef Dustin Vorkoepe. All meats are smoked in a Southern Pride smoker. Guests can feast on pulled pork, beef brisket and St. Louis ribs served with house bourbon barbecue sauce and Carolina mustard sauce. They also have hearty sandwiches and salads to fill your belly, and an array of Southern sides like creole potato salad and tangy jalapeño slaw. There are also options for diners who are gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian. For desserts, there are delicious chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches and warm brownie ice cream sundaes with house caramel, topped with sprinkles and candied pecans.
If you're thirsty, Blazers offers seven California wines by the glass and bottle, and a rotating selection of beers and ciders from 12 kegs, with additional options in bottles and cans.
Guests can enjoy happy hour food and drink specials every Wednesday - Friday (3pm - 6pm), as well as live music most weekend nights.
