Turn it up, Fairfax: Mac's at 19 Broadway hosts a double bill of Alvie & The Breakfast Pigs and Skip The Needle on Friday, November 6th.
San Francisco's Alvie & The Breakfast Pigs play loud, raw, unapologetic rock, blending alt-rock and punk with driving riffs, punchy lyrics, and plenty of grit and melody. They've played major Bay Area rock rooms and festivals and shared bills with acts like White Denim and Authority Zero.
Oakland four-piece Skip The Needle brings the groove, mixing rock, funk, and soul into a high-energy live set. Together, the two bands show off two very different sides of Bay Area rock, so grab a cocktail from the bar and get ready to move.
Doors open at 8pm and the music starts at 9pm. This is a 21+ show, and free parking is available.
