Petite Left Bank in Tiburon will be hosting Chablis Wine Festival 2023 from Friday, October 20 through Sunday, October 22, serving, each day and all day, a $20 flight of three sommelier selected Chablis wines that showcase the best of that region. In addition, guests can enjoy an accompaniment of small bites to pair with the wines for $18.

The flight will consist of two-ounce pours each of Domaine William Fevre, Chablis 2021; Domaine Laroche, Chablis, Saint Martin 2022; and Louis Jadot, Chablis, Fourchaume, Premier Cru 2020. The plate of small bites will include Escargot Vol-au-vent with puff pastry, garlic, butter, and fine herbs; a Marin Miyagi oyster with green apple mignonette; and Duck Rillette with levain toast and a pickled pearl onion.

The inspiration for this Festival is an annual fall fête in Burgundy, France, that brings together thousands of wine lovers to enjoy the splendors of the district Chablis, the northernmost in Burgundy, renowned for its cool climate that produces dry white wine that is more acidic and less sweet than others from further south.
