Ring in the season early as saxophone great Jules Broussard opens his November Holiday Kickoff run at Mac's at 19 Broadway in downtown Fairfax on Saturday, November 7th.
The Louisiana-born Broussard has been delighting Bay Area audiences for more than six decades, with a résumé that includes Ray Charles, Van Morrison, Carlos Santana, and Boz Scaggs. Expect soulful sax, swinging New Orleans grooves, and a little musical history, all up close in Mac's intimate room.
Bring a friend, grab a handcrafted cocktail from the bar, and settle in for a relaxed Saturday afternoon of live jazz. The music starts at 2pm.
