Gravity Tavern is hosting an Orin Swift Wine Dinner on Thursday, February 1st from 5:30pm to 9pm. Diners will be able to enjoy a four-course meal by Chef Pedro Villalobos expertly paired with award-winning wines by Orin Swift’s Stephanie Scharrer (who will be in attendance).
MENU:
Amuse Bouche: Roasted Tomales Bay Oyster “Chalet Style” with Gruyere cheese sauce, caramelized shallot, and flying fish roe.

1st Course: Salad of Persimmon and Rocket with parsley leaves, fresh basil, pomegranate arils, toasted pepitas, and citrus vinaigrette

2nd Course: Lobster Stuffed Salmon in a beurre blanc sauce with a 2022
-- 8 Years in the Dessert, a Zinfandel blend
3rd Course: Pan Seared Duck Breast, dark cherry demi-glace, duchess potatoes, and butter steamed broccolini
-- 2021 Papillon, a Bordeaux Blend.
Dessert: Flourless chocolate cake with a blood orange reduction paired
