In honor of its 30th Anniversary, the Garden Tour is celebrating the rich history of Mill Valley and its connection with the Outdoor Art club on Thursday, May 15th.
Seven unique gardens will be on display, featuring century old gardens, several of whose histories are intertwined, including "Burlwood," the historic estate of Mill Valley’s founder Joseph Eastland. The other six gardens are the Tudor Revival Secret Garden, the Architect’s Working Estate, the Meditative Zen Garden, the Tranquil Redwood Retreat, the Grand Outdoor Wonderland and the Sprawling Victorian Summerhouse.
Sip and Stroll with your souvenir glass through this historic Mill Valley neighborhood to discover seven beautiful and unique gardens, each paired with a special sip for you to try. Take a ride back in time on a cable car shuttle to gardens. Walk or ride back through downtown Mill Valley with your walking map and explore special promotions at local stores.
Enjoy Champagne Tea at one of three seatings (10am, 12pm, 2pm) in the OAC Main Hall. Savor finger sandwiches, pastries & fruit, as well as heartier California inspired bites and desserts.
Enjoy live music, bid on the silent auction, enjoy great giveaways, and more!
