Recommendation  #1
HopMonk Tavern

Get ready for an unforgettable double-header as R50 (Rush Tribute) and STUNG (The Police Tribute) take the HopMonk stage this Friday.

Celebrating the incomparable music of Rush, R50 delivers the ultimate tribute spanning every era—from the hard rock and prog epics of the 70s, to the synth-driven 80s, to the powerhouse return of the 90s and beyond. With jaw-dropping precision, this trio recreates the iconic sound: the thunderous drum fills, soaring guitar solos, layered keys, and those unmistakable vocals. Expect a high-energy, goosebump-inducing performance that will have the whole room singing and air-drumming all night long—whether you’re a lifelong fan or just discovering Rush’s brilliance.

The spirit of The Police lives on! STUNG captures the raw energy and iconic sound of Sting, Andy, and Stewart with uncanny authenticity. From timeless hits like “Roxanne”“So Lonely”, and “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic” to deeper cuts and fan favorites, this band nails the hyper-syncopated rhythms, shimmering guitar textures, and soaring vocals that defined an era. Close your eyes and you’ll swear you’ve been transported back to a Police show.
