The Rundown

Named for three cousins with a penchant for gyros and souvlaki, the latest location of the Greek street food restaurant chain opened across from Mollie Stone’s at Greenbrae’s Bon Air Center. Order at the counter and wait for your name to be called before returning to pick up skewered and grilled pork, chicken, or veggies atop crispy French fries. Named for the vertical rotisserie on which meats are cooked, gyro is available in a range of meaty offerings. We like lamb – it’s classic – but there’s also chicken, pork and beef, gently seasoned before plating or stuffing into a pita with tomatoes, onions and tzatziki. There’s no ouzo but wine and beer are available as well

as a soda machine when non-alcoholic beverages are called for.

Don't Miss: Lamb Gyro, Chicken Souvlaki; and the Prasini Salad – the lemon zest dressing, fresh dill and feta speak most closely of the flavors of the island nation for which the restaurant is named.
