Roadside BBQ specializes in authentic, slow smoked All American BBQ. They feature homemade sauces, sides, rubs and pies. The restaurant boasts a fun family-friendly atmosphere, with an outside patio and ice cold beer!
Folks will enjoy some mighty fine BBQ meals cookin' up in a comfortable, friendly, and “down home” atmosphere. They use a combination of Apple, Hickory, and Mesquite woods to smoke all their meats. You’ll notice a pinkish hue under the surface of the meat. That results from slow cooking with wood.
