Cavallo Point's Cooking School is hosting a hands-on Argentine steakhouse cooking class on Saturday, December 12. You'll take a page from the world's most beef-loving country, grilling rib eye with bright chimichurri and pairing it with beef empanadas, bubbling provoleta and humita, then wrap up with a dulce de leche banana pudding. Best of all, you'll get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
