Cavallo Point's Cooking School is hosting a hands-on French brasserie cooking class on Sunday, October 25. You'll work through Parisian bistro classics – from croque monsieur bites and moules marinières to steak frites – and finish with a caramelized tarte Tatin. Best of all, you'll get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
