Picco is introducing their Burger & Barolo special on Wednesdays. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of Barolo available by the glass alongside a decadent burger inspired by Piemonte, the famed Italian region known for producing the legendary wine.

The star of the show is an impressive eight-ounce burger, double-ground in-house using a rich blend of NY steak, brisket, bone marrow & chuck roll. Chef Reyes layers in signature Picco flavor with crispy guanciale, garlic toum-Dijon spread, fennel ketchup, melted parmesan, and a touch of red miso for extra depth and umami. It’s served on your choice of Panorama rosemary focaccia, potato-pepper sesame brioche, or black sesame brioche.
