The celebration begins with spiced pecans, marinated olives, roasted squash and cauliflower soup, and Insalata’s signature mixed greens with Honeycrisp apples, blue cheese, and candied hazelnuts.

For the main event, choose from three mouthwatering entrées:

• Traditional Roasted Turkey with house-made gravy, creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, cornbread and wild rice stuffing, maple-spiced sweet potatoes, green beans, and cranberry-pear relish.
• Grilled Salmon with parsnip purée, roasted delicata squash, Brussels sprouts, brown butter, and sage.
• Wild Mushroom-Stuffed Delicata Squash with all the traditional holiday fixings.
