Cavallo Point's Cooking School is hosting a hands-on paella cooking class on Saturday, October 17. You'll learn the secrets of Spain's iconic rice dish, named for the wide, shallow pan it's cooked in, plus a spread of tapas and a sweet churro finale. Best of all, you'll get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
