From June 1 through September 7, Piatti is celebrating the Summer of Spritz—a seasonal cocktail program featuring four bright, bubbly spritzes designed for warm days, long lunches, golden-hour gatherings, and leisurely dinners on the patio.

Vacation Spritz ($16) - aperitivo rosso, lime, pineapple, hibiscus, bubbles

Bianco Spritz ($16) - blanco vermouth, grapefruit, elderflower, rosemary, bubbles

Leggero Spritz ($12) aperitivo, lemon, pomegranate,  tarragon, bubbles
