San Francisco Opera is heading across the Bay to Sausalito this weekend for Bohème Out of the Box. Here's your chance to experience a free, live performance of an abridged version of La Bohème - Giacomo Puccini's timeless tale of love and loss.

The show will take place next to the Sausalito Center for the Arts (Parking Lot #2), and will be performed on a converted shipping-container-turned-mobile opera stage. Guests are encouraged to pack a picnic or purchase food and drink from one of the many restaurants located nearby.

Chairs will be provided at the parking lot performance location (available on a first-come, first-served basis), and audiences are encouraged to bring their own seating.
