Sausalito Parks and Recreation

Join friends & neighbors for a day full of July 4th fun in Sausalito.

The festivities kick off with a parade at 10am (between Bridgeway and Caledonia Ave.). Afterward, everyone is invited to gather for an afternoon picnic at Dunphy Park. Broham, an Americana band from Sonoma County, will rock from 12:30pm - 4:30pm in the gazebo. There will also be an egg toss and tug of war competition

If you're hungry, you can feast on hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, fish & chips, fries, corn, and watermelon. And if you're thirsty, there will be wine, margaritas, and Lagunitas beer. Sodas and sno-cones will also be for sale.

The evening events will take place at Gabrielson Park. Pride & Joy, the Bay Area's favorite party band, is sure to keep you dancing from 6:30pm - 9pm. Casablanca Food Truck will be serving Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine. Wine and Lagunitas Beer will also be for sale. Fireworks begin around 9:15pm and last for half an hour.

Corte Madera Chamber of Commerce

Corte Madera-Larkspur's 4th of July Parade and Festival is a beloved Marin County tradition and as American as apple pie.

The day kicks off with a parade at 10:30 am and features the Famous Corte Madera Town Band, McIntosh Pipe Band, the Freedom Band, and more. Accompanying festivities take place at Corte Madera's Town Park from 10:30 am-4:30 pm. The parade leaves Redwood High School and winds through downtown Larkspur from Magnolia Avenue and into Corte Madera by way of Tamalpais Drive until it reaches Corte Madera Town Center.

Marketplace: Fine artists, photography, crafters and other various artisans.

The Marin County Fair returns to San Rafael (June 30- July 4). This year's theme is Electrifying! - celebrating all things electric, solar, and charged with excitement.

This year's fair will include fair favorites such as the juried Fine Arts and Photography Exhibit, headline concerts, free carnival rides, sheepdog trials, pig races, the petting zoo, fireworks every night, and much more. The popular competitive exhibits program will take place in person and celebrate our talented & creative community members with winning blue ribbons and more.

Visit Novato

The Novato 4th of July Parade is one of the largest in the Bay Area and it's like a Norman Rockwell painting come to life.

The morning kicks off with the annual Buckaroo Breakfast (7am - 10am) at the Redwood Credit Union parking lot (1010 Grant Ave.). Volunteers from the Presbyterian Church of Novato will serve coffee, orange juice, pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, and milk to raise funds for the nonprofit North Marin Community ServicesThe suggested donation is $7 per person for Adults. Breakfast is free for children (5 years & under).

At 10am, parade-goers will be treated to a procession of classic cars, military vehicles, festive floats, bands, decorated basset hounds, and other family-friendly entertainment. This old-fashioned festival is a wonderful way to recognize our military veterans and their sacrifices for our country.
