Downtown Novato is kicking off the holiday season with its annual tree lighting this Saturday, December 3rd. 

There will be a lively street festival, musical performances, treats & hot drinks, entertainment & craft booths, children's activities, and plenty of holiday shopping booths on Grant Avenue. Rumor has it that Santa & his Elves + Princess Elsa from "Frozen" will be making an appearance.

This is one community event you won't want to miss!

Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce

Join friends & neighbors for Tiburon's Holiday Celebration. The entire town will magically transform into a wonderland full of cheer and classic family fun. 

This year's festivities include: a Toddler Train at Fountain Plaza; Horse Drawn Carriage Rides; Visit by Santa; Christmas Tree Lighting hosted by Saint Hilary Church; Menorah Lighting hosted by Congregation Kol Shofar; the St. Stephens Choir; and Boy Scout Troop 48 Wreath Sales.

Visit all our downtown businesses to complete your BINGO card and receive a free gift from the Tiburon Welcome Center. And be sure to shop along Main Street while enjoying specialty cocktails at participating wine bars and restaurants.

Join the Lark Creek Shops on Magnolia Avenue for a A Night In Winter Wonderland

Bring the family on Friday, December 2nd (4pm - 8pm) and enjoy hot cocoa + cider, gingerbread man decorating, wreath making classes, free photos with Santa, and a ton of hand selected local artisan pop-ups to kick off your holiday shopping. And if you're hungry, grab a bite nearby at Perry's, Picco, Don Antonio, Keiko Fish, and Left Bank Brasserie. Mill Valley Downtown Plaza

Winterfest, Mill Valley's annual holiday celebration, returns to the Downtown Plaza on Sunday, December 4th. The day-long festival features a fantastic lineup of singers, dancers and musicians. They'll also have a bunch of great children’s games and activities like a giant rainbow slide, a jumpy house, cornhole toss, and a giant Connect4 game. Santa will also be on hand to take photos with children & families. The festive day concludes with some Christmas carols and a Tree-Lighting ceremony! 

After Winterfest, grab a bite to eat at one of the great restaurants in or near the plaza (Piazza D'Angelo, Gravity Tavern, Playa, Bungalow 44, or Mamahuhu).

The City of Sausalito

Join Sausalito for the kick-off of Holiday by the Bay.

The month long celebration begins on December 1st with the City Tree Lighting at Vina del Mar Park, and concludes with a vibrant and warm-hearted Community Sing-Along on December 23rd at Cascais Plaza – with a few Santa spotting's along the way. There will be night-after-night of merriment at local shops and restaurants to celebrate the holiday season. 

And as a special holiday treat, they will be lighting up trees along Bridgeway!

The December 1st tree lighting is from 5pm - 6pm, and will feature live music from the Performing Stars and an appearance by Santa himself. There will also be coffee & goodies from Sausalito Equator.
