The City of Sausalito

Sausalito's waterfront holiday tradition returns this Saturday!

Sausalito's Lighted Boat Parade and Fireworks can be seen from Gabrielson Park, Humboldt Avenue and Anchor Street.

Catch dozens of brightly lit and beautifully decorated boats parade along the scenic Sausalito shoreline. There will also be food trucks & no-host bars.

Note: The boat parade starts at 6pm; followed immediately thereafter (7:15pm) with fireworks above the Bay.

The City of Sausalito

The Sausalito Chamber of Commerce presents their 17th annual Gingerbread House Tour & Competition, a family-friendly holiday tradition that never fails to inspire wonder, awe, and delight. From December 8-31, merchants and businesses will display their confectionary creations throughout Sausalito.

Take a leisurely stroll to view the amazing gingerbread houses, which in past years have included lighthouses, undersea scenes with creatures playing instruments, and a full mockup of Alcatraz Island. You can even participate in a treasure hunt while visiting the participating merchants, and vote for your favorite "house" to be awarded "The People's Choice."

This free event is perfect for all ages, so bring the whole family. Many of the Sausalito merchants and businesses will be offering special offers only available during the tour.

Festivities will take place up and down Magnolia Ave. in downtown Larkspur. There will be live music, choral and dance performances from Marin’s schools and groups, including the Happy Feet Holiday Hoofers.

Santa will be there to snap photos with the kiddos. Plus, you'll get to jump, jive and swing to a live performance by crowd favorites Steve Lucky and the Rhumba Bums
