The Rundown

The 2am Club is a popular dive bar in Mill Valley.

“The Deuce”(as locals call it) has been around longer than most Marin residents. First opened on the corner of Miller and Montford as “The Brown Jug” by Bill Brown, the prohibition caused it to close in 1921. In 1933 it reopened, and in 1939 it was named the 2am Club. It continues to be a fun spot for folks to enjoy cheap beers on tap, a game of pool, and a rockin' jukebox.

Fun Fact: The 2am Club is the cover photo of the Huey Lewis and the News' album "Sports."
