A Taste of Hope is ExtraFood’s signature fundraising event, bringing together great food, cocktails, live entertainment and inspiring stories for an unforgettable afternoon at Marin Country Mart.
On October 18th, Top Chef alum David Murphy and culinary partner Kayla Abe, co-founders of San Francisco’s celebrated upcycled restaurant Shuggie’s, will transform rescued ingredients from ExtraFood into inventive and delicious bites — proving that fighting food waste can taste pretty amazing.
More than just a fundraiser, A Taste of Hope is a chance for friends, neighbors and food lovers to come together, sip cocktails, enjoy live entertainment and hear inspiring stories about the impact of food rescue in our community. Guests will also have the chance to bid on exciting auction experiences.
