Whether a caviar connoisseur or just curious, expand your palate at The Caviar Co.’s quarterly “Caviar Masterclass” which will explore all things caviar and brunch on Saturday, June 28th.
June's “Caviar Masterclass” will focus on Brunching with Caviar and be led by The Caviar Co.'s very own founder Petra Higby, Executive Chef Jermey Jarman and Sommelier Jai Wilson. The intimate afternoon will spotlight 5 different caviars, paired with a delectable and brunch staple.

Guests will learn about the range of flavors and textures the delicacy offers, ways to incorporate and pair the decadent pearls with brunch classics, the history of traditional caviar brunch dishes and more from Petra who has spent over a decade in the industry. To top off the afternoon, each caviar bite will be paired with exclusive vintages from Saint Chamant, a Champagne house in the Épernay region.
