Close out the weekend with world-class reggae as two-time Grammy nominee Etana takes the stage at Sweetwater, with DJ Sep spinning alongside. Expect a powerhouse vocal performance and a room full of good vibes.
Born Shauna McKenzie, Etana reconnected with her Jamaican roots after a brief detour into pop and took a name that means “The Strong One.” Her sound mixes reggae with soul, folk and jazz, drawing on icons like Marcia Griffiths, Etta James and Miriam Makeba. Her debut The Strong One hit the Billboard reggae chart, I Rise reached No. 1, and both Reggae Forever and Pamoja, featuring Damian Marley, Vybz Kartel and Stonebwoy, earned Grammy nominations for Best Reggae Album.
Doors open at 7 PM and the show starts at 8 PM. It's an all-ages show, so grab your tickets before this one sells out.
