Amuse Bouche: Ahi Tuna Poke Taco, Aji amarilla aioli, radish slaw, soy marinade, truffle oil, crisp wonton shell

-- Paired with 2023 Sauvignon Blanc 

1st Course: Farro Salad, fresh herbs and feta cheese, Rocket, roasted beets, California virgin olive oil, honey balsamic reduction

-- Paired with 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Reserve - Rutherford

2nd Course: Slow braised lamb shoulder ragu with pappardelle pasta, Herbed ricotta cheese, rusticana garlic crouton

3rd Course: Crispy cabernet marinated pork belly, apple mustarda, wild rice risotto with porciini mushroom
