The Bay area has been home to many of the greatest musical luminaries of our time, including Janis Joplin and her band Big Brother and The Holding Co, The Grateful Dead, The Jefferson Airplane, The Doobie Brothers, and The Jefferson Starship… just to name a few.
Very few people know that many of these legendary artists still live here today. And on Saturday, April 12th, some of these musical masters will come together at the Sausalito Center for the Arts to pay homage to the 60’s and 70’s. Special guests include:
Maria Muldaur ("Midnight at The Oasis," "Don’t You Feel My Leg")
Lester Chambers ("Time Has Come Today")
Norman Greenbaum ("Spirit in The Sky"),
Terry Haggerty ("The Sons of Champlin")
