Christ Presbyterian Church invites Marin County to celebrate and remember the contributions of African Americans who advanced the development of Marin County.

We will celebrate the San Rafael and Marin County African American community with delicious food, lively music, community leaders, handmade arts, and good vibes.

Historic “Firsts” will be honored, including the FIRST African American: Librarian in San Rafael, Dean of San Francisco Theological Seminary, former Mayor of San Anselmo, Principal in Marin County, Police Chief in San Rafael This family-friendly event will have a bounce house for the kids, too.

This event will feature local vendors selling their goods.
