Established in 1977, on the charming Ark Row in downtown Tiburon, Servino has always been a town favorite for both locals and visitors alike. After spending 22 years on the Waterfront, the Servino Family is now back in the original Trattoria where it all began, this time with the addition of an Enoteca & Bar next-door in the historic "Yellow Ark" complete with a garden patio.
The menu is inspired by the seasonal bounty of Northern California, with classic and traditional preparations guided by the tenets of Italian regional cooking, with a special emphasis on the clean flavors of Southern Italy. The same ingredients that make it to the dinner menu also find their way to the house-made Cocktails, highlighting seasonality with an Italian twist. Likewise, the all-Italian Wine Program follows the same lineage, highlighting both Classical and Natural producers that are guided by their surroundings and work in harmony with the land.
