Concert schedule includes:
8 PM: The Legendary Wailers
In 1977, Julian Junior Marvin joined Bob Marley & The Wailers. Now, Julian Junior fronts his own unique version of The Wailers, playing and singing Bob Marley & the Wailers hit songs the way Bob intended them to be heard.
7 PM: The Skatalites
Ska, rocksteady, reggae … it all began with The Skatalites, the most profoundly influential band in Jamaican history.
7:30 PM: TLC
TLC’s influence transcends genres from pop, hip-hop, R&B to fashion and female empowerment. To date, TLC has sold 85 million records worldwide, had four No. 1 singles in the U.S., 10 Top Ten singles in the U.S., won four Grammy Awards, five MTV Awards, and five Soul Train Awards. The group from Atlanta released four multi-platinum selling albums; two of them, Fanmail and CrazySexyCool, are certified Diamond by the RIAA and have one billion plays on Pandora. With hits including “Waterfalls” and “No Scrubs,” it’s no surprise that TLC is the best-selling American girl group of all time.
Celebrate the Fourth of July at the fair’s BEE SO FLY Music Fest featuring tribute bands covering hits from the 1970s, ‘80s, and beyond.
8 PM: Brooke Eden
Heralded by Billboard as a “fiery country star-in-the-making,” and named one of CMT’s Next Women of Country, Brooke Eden has used her personal journey to self-acceptance to create music that is both bold and passionate with the message that it is OK to be who you are.
7 PM: Chris Housman
Beyond the classic twang, rich six-string-backed sound, and disarming Kansas baritone, Chris Housman speaks his truth at every turn. As an openly gay country artist, he thoughtfully marries two worlds that, to many, are at odds with one another.
7:30 PM – Elvis Crespo
Elvis Crespo, a Grammy® and Latin Grammy®-winning artist, has transcended generations and borders with an electrifying fusion of merengue and tropical rhythms and is one of the most influential Latin artists of all time. His global hit “Suavemente” became a cultural phenomenon, topping Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, helping him become the first Tropical artist to sell over a million physical copies in the U.S. and more than 4 million worldwide, and breaking records as one of the most streamed Latin songs worldwide. As the only Latin artist whose music has been played (literally) in outer space, his track has been featured in major films, and global advertising campaigns, and has gone viral with international stars like Bad Bunny, Karol G, and Dua Lipa dancing to his music.
