Join award-winning cheesemaker, Sheana Davis for this hands on Cheesemaking class at The Epicurean Connection.

Each guest will receive a cheesecloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, cheese trail map, artisan American Cheese tasting & complimentary wine tasting. Each group/POD will each make a 2-3-pound wheel of Creme de Ricotta.

This is a family-friendly cheese class. Class is 90-120 minutes.
