“Shaken not stirred,” we have all heard the saying. It's what makes Ian Fleming’s super spy, James Bond, so super. It is not the fact that he drinks martinis, it is how he drinks those martinis, that matter.
Join Marin IJ/Barfly columnist Jeff Burkhart at Cinelounge Tiburon for Movies and a Martini. Jeff will demo how to make both the medium dry vodka martini and the Vesper (both done with a local twist) while sharing fun bar stories from his books and columns.
Following the cocktail class, there will be a special screening of the award winning short film Testing 1, 2, 3 (based on a story from Jeff's first book), as well as a feature presentation of the first Bond film Dr. No.
