Greg DiGiovine (aka Tony Tutto) spent much of his career as a successful manager for musicians like Carlos Santana. In 2008, he decided to blend his love of music with his love of food and opened Tony Tutto Pizza with his wife in Mill Valley. All the pies on the menu are vegetarian and named/inspired after music classics. Needless to say, the restaurant quickly became a local hit. After their E. Blithedale building was sold in 2018, they decided to take their popular show on the road, and opened their current downtown Ross location.
